I have used this jacket several times when faced with those light, but steady showers. Fits good, so it does not feel like a sail. Lightweight. Packs very nicely in the pouch provided and easily fits in jersey pocket.
Not 100% waterproof, didn't expoect it to be. If it is a downpour I just don't ride.
Could use in colder weather with right layers, but it offers minimal insulation or warmth on its own.
Best light weight, cool-to-warm weather jacket I have owned.

Order one-size up!!! Like most european jerseys, this jacket's size runs small. This jacket is a very-very thin windbreaker. It does the job, but the material is very thin and easy to fold and store during a ride when it finally warms up.

for one thing, this garment was too snug for the size that I ordered, regardless of the "Italian cut" or anything of the sort. Furthermore, the zipper was much to flimsy for being part of a $90 windbreaker. I returned this item for a refund and spent my $90 on something a bit more "substantial".
