I've had hit or miss luck with Acerbis gear overall, some of the bike parts I've had from them have had fit problems, and others have not held up to the damage I dish out to my gear. I read good reviews about the Cosmo (and earlier Koerta), so I decided to give them another chance on this product. Very happy I did. It offers a lot of protection for the weight, and flows more air than I feared it would to help keep me from overheating. Fit and finish is very good on my Cosmo. There is sufficient adjustability to keep everything where it needs to be. Seems very durable and effective - I've been down repeatedly and it shows no worse for the wear and even better - neither am I. Overall very happy with this gear.
